Our founder, Daryoush Safai, has been designing and bringing to fruition architectural marvels for over 35 years, and our main objective is to take a project from concept to physical walk-through on the quickest feasible schedule, saving valuable time and resulting in significant savings in bank loan financials for our clients.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a very close relationship with our clients on a regular and personal basis. By doing so, we ensure that our clients' objectives are realized in the most optimal manner, ahead of schedule, while other larger firms struggle with a hierarchy that cannot be matched by the personalized attention available to our clients for a significant fraction of the cost of larger firms.

As continuing members of The American Institute of Architects (AIA) since 1998, we attend the annual AIA conference on a yearly basis in order to remain at the cutting edge of the latest in the technology of architecture and engineering, as well as to keep abreast of the state-of-the-art in construction materials and methods. Continuing education includes being up-to-date on the latest Building Codes and the ever-evolving field of environmentally-friendly design.

If you are a developer looking to build an apartment or Mixed-Use building in certain specified areas of the City of Los Angeles, we can help you take advantage of both the "Density Bonus" and TOC exemptions, which exempts you from certain "Area Caps" for a given parcel of land and can result in extra usable square footage for your proposed building. TOCs are Transportation Oriented Community zones which can eliminate the cost for Parking entirely. These exemptions can increase revenue and profit margins for the life of your investment.
